All the data in your Vacation Labs account is available over a REST (JSON over HTTP) API. Tours. Pricing. Availability. Images. Bookings. Customers. Payments. Every single detail.
Don’t hesitate if you want to build your own trip listing and availability pages powered by Vacation Labs. Or if you need to automate data export to an accounting system. Our APIs have you covered.
Mailchimp is an e-mail marketing service that allows you to create, send, and track email newsletters. If you haven’t heard about Mailchimp, head to their website and sign-up for free (for up to 2,500 email subscribers). We love what they’ve built and use it ourselves as well.
We keep your Mailchimp subscriber list up to date with new customers & bookings that you get on your Vacation Labs account. Every time you receive a booking, customer details are stored and synced with a Mailchimp list of your choice.
Mailchimp integration takes no more than 3 simple steps. Why waste the opportunity to connect with your customers better?
To get you started quicker, all email communication (confirmation emails, pre-trip emails, feedback emails, etc.) are sent from our mail account – firstname.lastname@example.org However, it is not the best for your brand, and, in fact we don’t recommend it at all.
You can send all communication from your email account by simply telling Vacation Labs your SMTP settings. If you’ve ever set-up Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird, chances are you’ve already come across these settings and know what they are. If not, head over to our support desk and follow the instructions there.
What’s more all these emails will automatically sit in your Sent Items folder in case you ever need to get them.
Accept credit & debit card payments from all over the world with our payment gateways. Vacation Labs supports popular International payment gateways Stripe and Paypal. If you’re an operator based out of India, we’ve got PayU, Citrus, EBS and HDFC Bank, already integrated.
Get in touch with us if you need a payment gateway not on the list given above.
