- 1-3 years experience interacting with customers in a meaningful way. Either as part of consultative sales, or **non-script based** technical troubleshooting or customer support.
- A knack to simplify and explain technology to humans
- Great communication skills, both, written and spoken, in Hindi & English.
- A basic understanding of HTML & CSS would be an advantage
What a typical working day would look like:
- Giving Skype demos to customers who sign-up for our product. You will need to understand the customer’s business and recommend the most effective way of using our product.
- Following-up with interested customers to ensure they understand, and use, all features of the product. Helping them integrate our online booking engine with their current website.
- Responding to customer support requests.
- Giving feedback to the technology/product team to help eliminate common friction points that customers face with the product.
- Record demo videos and write support articles for our support website
