Manager – Inside Sales

Core Competencies: Inside Sales, lead generation, lead nurturing & management, market research, customer engagement, CRM tools, Team management

Responsibility

  • Prospecting, pitching & closing sales, Pipeline Management
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with potential customers via telephone calls and emails
  • Negotiating commercial terms to close sales
  • Follow-up for collections on customer payments
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Understanding customer objections and addressing them
  • Cross-selling and Upselling to new & existing customers
  • Ensure that the sales targets are met for self and team

Requirements

Need to have

  • 5+ years of Inside sales experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
  • Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level
  • Must have handled revenue targets and achieved the same
  • Excellent verbal & presentation skills
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Lead-Squared / SalesForce / Sugar etc.
  • Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology.
  • Experience in handling a sales team

 

Good to have

  • Prior experience in handling sales in SMB sector
  • Domain experience in travel industry, SaaS Product Sales etc.
  • MBA with a specialization in sales is a bonus
