Managing Inquiries
What are inquiries?
Every time a visitor submits a form on your website — whether it’s an inquiry about a specific tour, a general “Contact Us” message, or a PDF download request — it creates an inquiry in your Vacation Labs backoffice. Inquiries are your leads: potential customers who have shown interest in your tours or services.
You can find all your inquiries under Inquiries in the backoffice sidebar.
How inquiries arrive
Inquiries can come from three sources:
- Website forms — visitors fill out an inquiry form on a tour page, a static page, or a popup form. These are created automatically.
- Manual creation — your staff can create inquiries for leads received via phone, email, WhatsApp, trade shows, or any offline channel.
- Meta Lead Ads — if you run Facebook or Instagram lead ads, leads are automatically imported as inquiries via a real-time integration.
Each inquiry records the visitor’s submitted details (name, email, phone, travel dates, etc.), which trip or page they inquired about, and how the inquiry was submitted.
