Responsibility
- Can create and maintain and close a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the org
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them
- Cold call / email prospects identified via research or external sources and appropriately position Call Hub’s offerings
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads.
- Drive leads through the funnel from suspect to qualified and close opportunities to the sales team
- Take a revenue target and achieve the same on a regular basis
- Collaborate and engage with marketing to ensure that customers are engaged irrespective of status
Requirements
Need to have
- 2 to 3 years of Inside sales experience in selling software solutions, preferably involved in concept selling
- Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Must have handled revenue targets and achieved the same
- Excellent verbal & presentation skills
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like Lead-Squared / SalesForce / Sugar etc.
- Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology.
Good to have
- Prior experience in handling sales in SMB sector
- Domain experience in Travel Industry.
