You can now assign tour inquiries to specific team members directly inside Vacation Labs. This makes it easy to track ownership, avoid missed follow-ups, and share inquiry workload across your sales team.
Assignment (and unassignment) is done in a single click. Once assigned, inquiries clearly show the owner using user initials or avatars, so ownership is visible directly in the inquiry list.
If you’re part of the sales or operations team, you can see only the inquiries assigned to you by using the assignee filter at the top of the inquiry list. Select your name to focus only on the leads you’re responsible for.
This works well for teams handling inquiries across shifts, regions, or sales channels, and helps each team member stay focused on their own follow-ups.
