You can now connect your Meta Lead Ads directly to Vacation Labs and have new leads appear automatically as inquiries in your backoffice. As soon as a customer submits a lead form through Meta ads, their details are captured in real time — without downloading CSVs, manual data entry, or delays in follow-up.
Each lead is automatically converted into an inquiry with key details like name, email, and phone number pre-filled from the ad form. If your lead ads include custom questions, the system maps them to your existing inquiry forms wherever possible and safely records any additional responses so no information is lost — including for generic campaigns that aren’t tied to a specific tour.
Ad-generated inquiries are clearly labeled as Meta Leads inside your Inquiries dashboard. You can filter them separately from website or manual inquiries and keep your follow-ups organized — all within the same workflow your team already uses.
Campaign references are also stored with each inquiry to help you understand which ads are generating the most interest.
This integration is currently in beta and needs to be enabled by the Vacation Labs team before it becomes available in your account. If you’d like to start capturing Meta ad leads as inquiries, please contact our support team and we’ll help you activate and configure it.

After setup, you can manually sync new leads anytime using the “Sync leads / inquiries” button. Imported leads will appear directly in your inquiry list.
