Save Bookings with Incomplete Custom Forms

Admins can now **save bookings in the backoffice even when custom booking or passenger forms are not fully completed.** Previously, incomplete forms would block saving entirely — which was a problem when admins needed to make quick edits without chasing down every optional field.

New “Incomplete form” filter: The booking list now has a dedicated filter to find bookings where passengers haven’t finished filling out their forms.
Visual progress indicator: Each booking’s details page shows form completion status at a glance, so you always know which passengers still have pending fields.

Completion status is based on required fields only — optional fields don’t affect the indicator.
