Add an “Upcoming Departures” section to your website

Release Notes February 16, 2026

Show your next available tour dates anywhere on your site

You can now add an Upcoming Departures section to your website and display your next available tour dates in a clean, structured layout — anywhere you like.

This section pulls data from your date-based collections and automatically shows upcoming departures sorted by earliest date first. It respects your collection settings (including variant display mode) and your Urgency Triggers configuration for availability messaging. If there are no active or future departures, the section is skipped entirely — including the heading — keeping your website clean and error-free.

You can control:

Section title and rich-text description
Maximum number of rows to display (for example, limit to the next 3 departures)
“View All” button text (button automatically hides if left empty)
Background and text colors using standard section styling options

The “View All” button links directly to the selected collection page, and the layout matches your existing date-based collection pages across desktop and mobile.

Go to Backoffice > Website > Pages > Click on the page where you want to place this section.

Click Save

Note:If no collection is selected, if the linked collection is deleted, or if there are no future departures, the section will not render on the storefront.
