Trip Code and Payment Reference in Booking Webhooks

Booking webhooks (used by Zapier and custom integrations) now include two additional fields: Trip Code and Payment Gateway Reference.
Trip Code: Your internal trip/tour code is now included in webhook payloads — making it easy to match bookings to your own inventory or accounting systems without a manual lookup.
Payment Gateway Reference: The payment gateway’s transaction ID (e.g., your Stripe or Razorpay reference) is now included — useful for reconciling payments between Vacation Labs and your payment provider’s dashboard.
Both fields are available in all booking-related Zapier triggers and can be mapped directly to your CRM, accounting software, or spreadsheet.
