With this new update, the Vacation Labs platform can now automatically send reminder emails to your customers — based on the schedule you define while creating a payment link in the Backoffice.
You can configure multiple reminder intervals — for example, 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before the deadline — and the system will automatically filter and send only those that are actually applicable. For instance, if the payment deadline is only 10 days away, only the 7-day and 1-day reminders will be sent.
You can now control what happens as each payment link approaches or passes its deadline. The system gives you options to automate booking updates or simply receive notifications, depending on your workflow.
This helps you save time and stay on top of payment collections — whether it’s for balance payments before a tour departs or gentle nudges for pending bookings.
Once a customer completes the payment or if the link is revoked, reminders automatically stop — ensuring there’s no risk of duplicate messages.
