Read more →Admins can now **save bookings in the backoffice even when custom booking or passenger forms are not fully completed.** Previously, incomplete forms would block saving entirely — which was a problem when admins needed to make quick edits without chasing down every optional field.
Completion status is based on required fields only — optional fields don’t affect the indicator.
For group bookings — families, friend groups, corporate outings — you can now ensure that every participant receives booking confirmation, update, and cancellation emails directly, not just the primary contact who filled out the form.
Enable this with a single toggle in Website > Booking Engine > “Send booking emails to all participants”. This is an account-wide setting that applies to all trips. Participants must have an email address on file to receive emails.
