New Automation Triggers: Booking Updated, Cart Abandoned, Payment Abandoned New

Three new automation triggers are now available for your WhatsApp messages and Zapier integrations:

Booking Updated: Fires whenever a booking is modified — useful for sending a WhatsApp notification when dates, participant count, or other booking details change.
Cart Abandoned: Fires when a customer starts the booking process but leaves before completing payment — great for sending a follow-up reminder to recover the booking.
Payment Abandoned: Fires when a customer reaches the payment step but doesn’t complete the transaction — another opportunity to nudge them back.

Previously, automation rules could only trigger on “Booking Created” and “Booking Cancelled.” These new events open up powerful workflows like abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp — which can directly help recover lost revenue.

You can configure these triggers in Backoffice > Settings > Automation Rules.
