New features, improvements, and fixes shipped to your Vacation Labs account.
A cleaner way for customers to pick their departure date If your booking form is set to show departures as a list, your customers will notice a cleaner, more readable experience. On desktop, each departure is now a single compact row — showing the date, tour variant, availability status, price, and Book button all at […]

The coupon section on your tour pages has been visually redesigned, and coupons can now be individually configured to also appear inside the booking form itself. Previously, coupon banners were only shown on your tour page and collection pages — once a customer clicked “Book Now,” there was no reminder of available discounts until they […]
Read more →Fixed an issue where auto-generated tour PDFs were rendering without any styles — no fonts, colors, or layout. This affected PDFs auto-generated between mid-February and April 14, 2026; PDFs generated outside that window were not affected. The cause was the PDF generator referencing a stylesheet on a storage location that had stopped being updated when the CSS pipeline was upgraded in February. Tour PDFs now correctly pick up your website’s theme fonts, colors, and layout.
Added SMTP monitoring: Vacation Labs automatically detects and classifies delivery failures from your custom SMTP server. Persistent issues create support tickets for the Vacation Labs support team to investigate.
In case you receive an email from support@vacationlabs.com about email delivery failures, please reply urgently.
Fixed a bug where description fields in schema.org JSON-LD types were not properly sanitized, potentially leading to malformed structured data or unexpected display issues in search engine results. All structured data output is now valid and correctly formatted.
This is one of several refinements to our [SEO Center](/help/seo-center-overview/) structured data features — we’re actively monitoring Google Search Console performance and will continue improving it.
Fixed a visual bug where country flags in the phone number picker appeared distorted or incorrect. Country flags now display correctly in the booking form phone picker for a cleaner, more professional user interface.
Your login page has a fresh new look. You’ll now see a clean split layout — your login form on the left, and the latest Vacation Labs updates alongside travel photos on the right.
A few small touches that make a difference: the email field is auto-focused when the page loads, there’s a show/hide toggle on the password field, and if you mistype your password, your email stays filled in so you can try again instantly.
When you send a payment request to a customer, the “If paid before deadline” dropdown now automatically matches your tour’s confirmation mode. For example, if your tour is set to auto-confirm bookings on payment, this dropdown will default to “mark booking as confirmed.” If your tour uses manual confirmation, it will default to “move to pending confirmation” instead.
Previously, this dropdown always defaulted to the first option regardless of how the tour was configured — which meant you had to remember to change it manually every time.
Fixed an issue where a “Pax Count” field on inquiry or booking forms could be saved without selecting any passenger types (e.g. Adults, Children), resulting in a broken field on the storefront. The form builder now validates that at least one passenger type is selected before saving, and shows which specific field has the problem.
